How to link the affiliate link with my own landing page

A question of a newbie.

If I don't use the landing page of vendor, I use my own landing page with opt-in (form).
After the users put their information into opt-in, how can my own landing page re-direct them to offer page of vendor?

Put the link where you would normally add the link to your thank you page in your auto responder:

This is how it looks in Aweber, choose Custom Page an put the URL to the offer page in the box below:

If you want to use double optin you can also do this with the Succes Page.
