How to add privacy disclaimer to a landing page

I have created a lander from instapage, I want to run on fb ads so I want to make sure that I my lander qualify fb ads policy, so it must have menu and policy and disclaimer all that. So this is new to me I m not a WordPress fan. How I do it fast and easy. Plus I don't want to learn WordPress and plugging game . Give me answer simple and sweet

if it is an HTML page make another page and link to that as your privacy page.
if you cannot link 2 pages together you have a real problem.
