How much do you usually sleep?

    I try to sleep 9 hours per day, on the weekend i sleep 10-12 hours

    Around 7-9 hours. As for me 10-12 it is a lot..

    This is interesting question. Every individual has unique needs and preferences, and the answer to how much sleep you need is no different. Nevertheless, the amount of sleep you need per night is largely determined by your age, for example for adults this time is about 7-9 hours. But there can be unique situations. I read interesting article about 10 famous people who barely sleep, for example Nikola Tesla slept for only two to three hours in a day. So it is difficult to answer here.

    I try as much as i can, But i guess am not getting enough sleep.
    Tops 6 hours every day.

    I take 6 hours of sleep on weekdays.
    I have to go for work and spend 9 hours, then I come back home and start working on my own business that I am going to start. That's why only 6 hours is what I get.

    About 7 hours/day. But always feel sleepy. :) :)

    I have to sleep somewhere between 6.5-8 hours. Anything below 6.5 or above 9 hours, then I become sluggish throughout the day.

    About 7-8 hours, always waking up reasonably early without an alarm. Took a few years to get into this flow but would never change it.
