How Many CDs Do You Burn?

I remember when my JAZZ drive could hold 128MB of data. Cool! But then
when I began to burn my backups onto CDs, I thought, "Kewl, I can get 700MB now!"

Fast forward to today, and the options of USB keys that can hold 80GB, I was
wondering if you all still heavily use CDs to backup to?

Only time I record on CD if I need to give it to someone else. I use extra HD for back up and flash for the transfers.

I am with Xhan here. I have two internal drives ghosting constantly so if one blows I simply switch to the second cw software. I have an external 320gig seagate drive which again ghosts, and I burn individual clients stuff to cd/dvd and keep them away from the computers at a different address in case of fire flood etc. CD/dvd is far more stable, and I burn them twice as well LOL

Yep. I still use dozens of CDs to backup my data on a monthly basis.

Gotta fix the CD/DVD writer soon,
as i don't know why it stopped reading/writing discs now.
