Is a 4000 word review worth it?

The idea of a review usually is for it to be short and on point and 4k words is not short at all. But it could depend on some factors - what is the review about and where will it be presented, whats the audience like?

As Katya says above ^short and to the point^ 200-400(max) content words.
Embellishing with useless fluff appears untrustworthy -- an oversell.

If your reviews is on point, then you need not to overfill your review with lengthy and unproductive contents. Try to make your content small but productive.
Like Graybeard said *200- 400 words*
