How is international traffic for PPV?

Hello everybody.

I have a question regarding PPV reaches.
I know usually big PPV traffic like Traffic Vance, Lead Impact, Media Traffic and Direct CPV have tons of US traffic.
But what about international traffic?

I'm interested in promoting international offer with it, but not very sure if there is anyway or any source provide good international traffic.
I tried direct cpv and media traffic, but the volume of international traffic just isn't enough.

Anyone have better traffic source for international PPV traffic?

I think Lead Impact has more international than both Direct CPV and Media Traffic.
