I have just used YouTube to promote, and i have earned around $200 but then my youtube account got banned and i lost all traffic, i don't use any websites because i don't have money to make one and i don't know what to put on the website.

I just want to make enough money so i can start my drivers licence.

would probably need to give us a run down on what your trying to promote or were trying to promote with your YouTube videos. Making a website is not that difficult or expensive either. there are even programs out there that will guild you through process and make it very WYSIWTG.
