Help me signing up as an affiliate in togethernetworks

It seems that TogetherNetworks have changed their policies and it asks for new registration. I already have an account in Together Network, but now I'm not able to login with that. They ask for references, Advertisers contact that I'm working/worked with(name, company, name, position, email, IM name, cellphone). Since I'm new to Affiliate marketing please help me for reference.. Any advertisers out there to help me?
