I would read again the campaign details and the restrictions for the specific offer.
It's mostly allowed untill there is a restriction in offer description.
Or you can simply ask your Affiliate Manager, they should be helpful. The collaboration and good relations with AM ensure good results for both sides

Yes, you can do this as a content locker is incent traffic in the sense that the use has an incent to engage with your ad without the ad being its first objective. Its first objective is to get passed the content lock and continue with the content.
If you really want to be 100% sure, check with your advertiser/network (I would recommend to do this)
