help about Pop ads

Hi I just deposit on pop ads but my paypal have not same country .now deposit is successfully on pops ads but ballance not shown in dashboard.Pop ads support not reply me.plz help what I do now.

Are they in a different time zone? How long have you been waiting for a response?

I'm not familiar with Pop Ads but I checked their site, it doesn't show any contact info that I could find. I assume they operate via support tickets?
