To answer the OP, I don't think PF is in the list of approved networks. I think you will have to opt for tracking software.

Most of the offers in PeerFly do not allow you to place a pixel because we use postback (server-to-server) tracking. I've never been able to successful track my campaigns in Google with any affiliate network, so I use Voluum with my affiliate campaigns.
