Google and Facebook For CPA Campaign ?

Hi I have seen in most groups saying google and Facebook ads accounts are closed with CPA campaign
Why is that? Is the cause of the problem in a CPA offer? Or advertising policies?
What about your experiences

Redundancy (repeating of the same 'affiliate' content) may be the real issue with any restrictions.
Advertisers use their own content/landing pages to get around these restrictions usually.

Use a bridge page and a good affiliate cloaker. One can also has the fb ad link to a email capture page, you get peoples emails and then email the offer to them
