Looking For Good video traffic networks (in- and outstream)

As per thread title. I'm looking for reliable and versatile self-serve networks for desktop and mobile video. Technical flexibility would be a plus (for instance the ability to fire external impression trackers and such). Video serving should be in-house - I upload the mp4 file and they handle the serving.

I'm fine with "funky" placements such as layers, adware injections etc., as well as fully legit in-banner and pre-roll.

Any recommendations?

Sounds like you're looking for a traffic network, is that right? As opposed to an affiliate network, I mean.
