Good traffic source for free non adult dating website?

Do you know some good traffic source for 100% free non adult dating website ?
I know about google adwords but I can`t pay $3 per click!

What I already used:
exoclick PPC ~$150 and result is only few sign ups or better to say nothing!
7search PPC - similar result like on exoclick
popads.net - nothing
fiverr traffic sellers - fake fake and fake

Now I want to test bing ads...
Do you know some better traffic source for this website?

I think Bing ads is better than google adwords. Much higher conversion rate

You can use social media. Use groups, pages and other micro but niche targeted community. Post relevant topics with pictures and don't spam.
