What about forum traffic? It can be good for free traffic...
Of course I don`t think on spam...
i think on signature...
it is ok If offer allow social traffic?
Top networks as MaxBounty,Neverblue,Peerfly will allow this type of promotion?

Not direct linking i guess.
Make Landing page for offer and put that in your signature.

Forum traffic is a great source but as said above work on building something out

Thanks guys Yes, I also think it`s better doing with landing page(not direct linking)...
It is good way for getting some targeted free traffic.
