I had previously started a follow along but have anew opportunity to take over a website that was previously developed but then let slip a bit.

I will detail here what I've done already and ask for some hints tips etc, but initially I'd like to point you to Socialite Pro Review - Search Engine Tricks where I am developing a product review for Socialite Pro (not on sale yet) but wondered how best to promote that product and what you think of the page so far...

While reviewing setup of the site, I've added analytics and webmaster tools etc, but also wanted to know with the keyword rich categories, I've setup posts that were indexed before - should I keep them as they are or do I start again and introduce the new keyword rich categories? Or, do I just add keyword rich categories to the ones already there?

Just add your new categories and add the old posts to them.
