Some more updates on some pending nexus legislation.
Georgia – HB 1221 and HB 1244 are introduced. These bills will be amended*and will need to be carefully monitored. It is expected that at least one of these bills will modernize nexus definitions and*include provisions requiring out of state merchants to collect sales tax.
