Facebook ads the destination is blocked

hey guys,

I'm going to start advertise via facebook. I choose a offer from a cpa provider and add it to facebook but there's always standing "The destination is blocked". What can I do should I advertise elsewhere.

I think facebook is the best place to advertise or can you tell me some sites where I can advertise too.

i want to say also if some buddy depends only on facebook then he is just joking, you have to master other traffic sources .
