embedded slideshow doesn't show in IE

Hi again
What can I do about my Google Picassa slideshow beautifully embedded on my site which shows only in Mozilla and doesn't in Internet Explorer?

Can you give us the url of the slideshow?

OK, no need to help, it was enough to install Adobe Flash Player.
Strange thing though, how come Mozilla has an integral flash player and IE doesn't?
And do I have to write "Please install Afobe Flash Player if you want to see the pics?" - is it normal?
