Any idea any network where that allow email marketing for CPL, I joined a Peerfly and its a NO NO. Also, cant find CPL for the Niche I choose on Clickbank

I recommend starting a thread in the Business Centre and title it something like, "Seeking Network With Email CPL Offers".

You will get more response there. Members cannot promote in that forum, only vendors. However, all members can and should seek affiliate network relationships there.
