What email app are you using? I haven't but that's because arpReach doesn't support geo. AFAIK, only hosted ActiveCampaign can do this.

How exactly do you mean? Separating your list into countries etc and emailing specific copy and offers?

I saw that mailchimp support this. I was wondering if I could use a desktop mailer, add in a javascript or google analytics to track this.

yes, more to states. some offers are not available in some states.

Ah, but MailChimp is not affiliate friendly. What desktop mailer do you have in mind? The ideal solution is if I can insert conditional tag within the email body itself as well as being able to create a separate email for each location.
