Ive used that jump q&a script and its really awesome, BUT its not support by IE so I cant see why anyone would use it on a lander..

Just a bit of basic Jquery could get you going fairly easily.

The Q&A could be just a interactive feel and the responses go nowhere or it could be stored to a database or session for further use elsewhere.

It appears to be just a lander like was said above, custom most likely, doesn't look to be too fancy.
