During the work-week I would expect a reply withing 24 hrs—weekend responses (Saturday-Sunday) would would be the exception or not be expected. This would depend on the network and rep's locale ofc. So, what is the issue of no response? What you request/query or the network?
Switch to FatAds. Their response time on Telegram is almost instant. I was very surprised
Gotta say, I really like HilltopAds support. They usually reply super fast. Sometimes you gotta wait a bit, but never more than a day. My personal manager even sometimes answers on weekends – which is awesome!

In this industry, 'caring' usually just means paying on time and helping with optimization. AdMaven is one of the few that actually delivers on both. I’ve had some issues with tracking before and their tech team helped me fix it in like an hour. Hard to find that kind of support elsewhere these days
