Eh, I think regulation of the internet is inevitable. With the recent high-profile cases, such as WikiLeaks, the powers-that-be have their excuse to exert their force. As of now, we're in a large grey area, as far as performance marketing is concerned. All this means is that people need to start being more creative in their marketing techniques.
