Do I have to email the leads a PDF from an email to make sales?

It's not like I will be able to email every single lead the lead magnet, because of things like the daily sending limit (e.g. 600 daily leads vs. a limit of 500 daily sent emails).

I'm referring to affiliate sales.

What if I get too many leads that I have to pay for more, and no sales from any of the leads?

you lose money --that is a business risk
you need a reserve of capital (money) to pay for this
if you don't

• --find another free mailer
  
• --increase your free allowance
• --you need access to the mailing lists you create to have this pivot (however).

You probably can pay to extend the emails to a greater number, or;
you have your list and take the emails that are unmailed elsewhere.
If you can't take the list (download it or copy it) then your free tool ain't free --is it?
