2. What is covered under "Managed"?
3. What backup software is used?
4. How often are backups created and how long are backups kept?
5. Are the backups snapshot or are they file-based?
6. Can I perform my own restorations or do you have to? Is there a charge to restore?

To answer your questions:
1. This is open source XEN.
2. Managed mean managed. We will do any hosting tasks. For example, installation of php modules, adding domains, importing DB, resolving issues with web-server, etc (excluding DDOS-protection).
3. We will use CP capability to backup your data.
4. Backups created on daily basis. You will have 100 GB for backups. You will decide how to use this space.
5. Backups file-based. Therefore you can restore single file from backup.
6. Yes, you can restore files by yourself. No fees for restoring.
