Decisive recently..?

Hi,

I have used Decisive at July to Sep this year.
It works OK and approval if fast, less than half day.
Even my first campaign was rejected, they sent me a mail in a day.

But while I tried to do a campaign 2 weeks ago.
My ads was pending in review for a week.
Then I delete that one and create another with simple direct link.
It still get pending for 5 days now.
Also I sent message to support but get no feedback.

May I ask if anyone use Decisive have the same abnormal situation recently?

They don't have any traffic at the moment and couldn't provide a deadline on when it will be back. However the support still contacted me back within 24 hours.

Yes I am experiencing same problem and have been trying to get in touch with support for 2 weeks now.

I have requested a refund a few days ago but still haven't heard from them....
