Debt Advice Desk is a debt company providing advice and support for Scottish people with money worries. As part of WRI Associates ? a group of licenced insolvency practitioners - Debt Advice Desk is able to advise on a Protected Trust Deed with WRI Associates administering the solution in-house, without the need for using external partners. As a result, control of your leads can remain with Debt Advice Desk, ensuring that reporting and payment can be made quickly.
We are paying for successful introductions to Scottish people in debt who meet a specific criteria (please see criteria). If a person meets the qualifying criteria and is able to afford to pay a minimum of ?150 per month towards their debt then they may be suitable for a Protected Trust Deed. If the client chooses to enter a Protected Trust Deed and it?s accepted by their creditors you will receive a bonus after it?s accepted by the creditors.
Trust Deed facts
- A Protected Trust Deed is an alternative debt solution to Bankruptcy. It enables a person to make an affordable monthly contribution towards their debt, usually for 3 years. After the Protected Trust Deed is completed the person will be debt free having usually only repaid a proportion of their debt. In a Protected Trust Deed at least ?150 must be paid back each month and by the end of the solution at least 10% should be repaid to the creditors (after fees have been taken).

Bonus
If a client is suitable for a Protected Trust Deed and enters the solution you will also receive an additional bonus. The bonus is determined on the number of Protected Trust Deed cases you are able to provide in any given month ? the more you provide the larger your bonus per case will be.
Based on the month when the lead is received, the bonus structure is:
