Hello, I am a non citizen of the USA and I use this Payoneer services for all my financial and banking needs. I do feel it is the best service that you can use across the globe. I have been an active member for the past four years and i can not regret joining it. I will recommend that and you can have a look if it will entice you and meet your needs.
I also recommend payoneer... My sister and her husband have been using their service as well and have no problems with it ever since...
