cpvlab error

hello everyone ive been trying to install cpvlab
fopen(/home/affzakan/public_html//license/license.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/affzakan/public_html/Cvtracker/install.php on line 0
No access to file license.php
i keep getting this message
i chhanged all the permissions but i still get this message any ideas how to solve it ?

i think u missed to put the right path in the config File .
make sure u set the right path.
