Hi Farazdaq, startapp is a good one, but you can use any good spytool to help you focusing on another traffic sources, as soon as you have the offers already, it should be really helpful for you to test everything before starting the campaign. You can check it out with a spytool like ADMobiSpy, and see what they offer you

For the in-app traffic you could try to contact app owners directly, as I guess you have some specific product to promote depending on it's theme.
