CPA Network Custom Domain Tracking

Hello,
Are there CPA networks which provides custom tracking domains? (e.g adworkmedia)

The reason is simple, we are going to develop a cpa network for austria/germany and switzerland and want to "rebroker" cpa offers.

We also have some exclusive deals but our offer database is too small at this moment and we want to make some deals with cpa networks which allows us to rebroker the offers.

What we are looking for:
-Custom Domain Tracking
-Rebroker offers /possible Worldwide offers
