Can any one tell me CPA network allow war-ez traffic ..??

I need Network to lock my free software becoause leadbolt does not allow this

traffic now ...

I have application in Blamads, but no response , Also In email

Blam is tightening up their approval process, it is pretty hard to get in these days and if you are international then you got a long way to go!
