that offer is Paid Online Survey,Paid Survey,Paid Survey Jobs, Related...and i am try to promote this offer with bingads paid ppc. i got 56 Unique Clicks from United State but 0 Lead..please help me

If you're getting clicks but no sales, the problem has to lie with either your ad copy or keywords. If your keywords are indeed relevant, you need to separate the non-buyers from the buyers crowd by using words like "purchase", "order" and even prices in your ad. This will signal to them that your product costs money and if they're freebie seekers, they should not by clicking on your ad.
