I think it will be very nice of MSN can take some of Google share of the search engine market, its terrible when Yahoo use Google search results, if you get on the wrong side of Google then its just death to your site but at present you still have home of some traffic from Yahoo and if MSN really grab a sensible slice of the search market the better, the power of Google will diminish even more.
