Clicks and Conversions appear with too long delay

Would anyone advice why sometimes CLICKS and CONVERSIONS appear within few hours after installation of CPI offer to user's device?

there may be delayed postbacks. contact the advertiser, they usually can help. at least you'll know if they do have those delays usually or if there's an issue they need to fix
