check bulk smtp server

I have a text file with lot of smtp server ( about 200), I want to know if there is any solution to test them all at once, or i must test one by one.

I guess there are bots or scripts that you upload your SMTP list in this format for e.g
user : pass: host : port
and you can bulk upload them and than run a validation check.
not sure whats the name of those script.
