- traffic source
- country (english speaking countries have expensive traffic compared to asian countries)
- niche/vertical (certain niches like insurance are expensive due to high competition)

I mean, if you wish to target specific KW or domains or subid's or publishers or whatever the network you are buying traffic from offers, then you should have a better bid on it to improve your chances winning this traffic you are after.
