Best CPA self serve network

Nice to be here. Need small advice.
I have a way to generate leads from adwords. Want to know the best CPA network that can accept that type of leads, and have high number of diverse offers. Want to work by CPS, CPL or CPI.

Would prefer the trusworthy network over new and high paying.

you could use a tool to look for this, i think it's possible through that way, and you will have access to many ad networks for this, try something like ADMobiSpy, a spy-tool, that could provide you possibility to find ads on a huge amount of CpA networks, hope this will be helpful for you!

What are you intending to promote? you could use tools for this purpose, but if no, people around here should have a least the information about what you are intending to work with(niche), to provide you good advice.
