I would have a look at a website called Udemy. They have some good courses. Thats only half of it though, you will need to do testing etc to start making some good money.
I am also heard that Udemy offers some great courses as well as discount coupons. Will definitely try.

There are many gurus who provide training course but nobody can guarantee you that you would be taking away $200-$500/week at the end of the course.It all depends on you, your budget and your creativity about creating great angle for your campaigns. Campiagns aren't profitable right off the bat except few and you need to do lots of testing, tweaking and optimizations.
