ANYONE WITH PEERFLY EXPERIENCE?

Hello,

I am not sure how this works, I need advise. I created a website. added a button on the website, with the direction "to take part in the offer click here. when the button is clicked, it takes you to the URL of the offer. I personally saw someone fill it after i told them about the website. but i still do not have any conversion or made a penny.

I am confused. how do I get paid. the offer says the following

Conversion Point: 1st page submit.
Date Added: May 26, 2016
Payment Schedule: Net30 (default)
Allowed Methods: Banners, Contextual


Not Allowed: NO Incent, NO Classified Ads, NO Twitter, NO SMS, NO Email Marketing, NO Search, NO Social, NO Co-Registration, NO PPV/CPV

Always use one page submit offer and single optin, cause i have tried many in maxbounty double optin, not getting good conversion. always ROI was negative. find top 10 offer in peerflyoffers(dot)com
