Any good CPA networks for german/austria out there?

im searching the best network for german/austria contentlocking offers, the EPC on the US networks for my countries are horrible with $0,01-0,06

would be also good if the offers are unlimited, means they don't get disabled after a number of leads is reached

maybe there is a german private network? please tell me

We have a few german offers launching in the next few days that allow incentives, not many though. These offers are unlimited.

We are also working on a content locker, but no ETA yet. You can sign up ready though at WOW Trk - International Affiliate Network

A big German network is Belboon have you tried them? But they don't have a content locker - at least I don't think they do.
