I'd take whatever you read on Affpaying with truckloads of salt. I've seen some very shady-looking-fly-by-night-ish cpa networks among the "top 10" there at times. Better to do your homework and a thorough research of the network reputation among search engines/internet marketing forums/supper affiliate blogs. You can tell a lot about how professional a company is, by how they manage their PR (public relations).

I see that the domain name (12gmedia.com) was registered on 25th April, 2013, so unless they were existing by some other name, they must have been quite new.

Yeah seems like they were actually a pretty new network. It happens with new networks all the time though.
