So, the clicks are coming through - what to do next?

The first issue is that 75% to 95% of the clicks comes through without keywords?

List under the [No Keyword} row.
Any ideas what I stuffed up to missing most of the keywords?

This is straight 7Search PPC campaign's, so they are all Keyword based.
