AN script allowing other networks links feed

I'm looking for a script of affiliate network that would allow feeding it with links from other networks, further generation of individual links for my users and tracking them. I know trackgrid does it, but they are hosted. While I need something downloadable that could serve as a platform for further development.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
