Alexa Thumb shots

Can anyone inform me how can I send a request to Alexa to upgrade thumb shot? I upgrade my several sites, but this is no upgrading at alexa. Like Right IT Corporation. Anyone can check it.

If anyone knows it, please inform me.

Rakib, this is easy to do, just click on Alexa ranking for that site, click on edit info once you are on alex page, click on Update "Thumbnail Image" and Alex promoses to update it within 48 hours. BTW, of what significance is alexa thumnail to a site?

Alexa thumbshots went paid to use last year, so a lot of directories are moving away from it.

Do you mean you need to pay to use alexa thumshots (on your listings) or to have you site thumshot displayed?

That sounds fair to me, all those extra bandwidth used by me using their thumbnails needs to be paid for.

you can use msn thumbnails, its still free.

Yes, I switched all my directories with thumbnails from alexa to MSN (free )

You can also use SNAP like I have done on Link Heaven Directory
