Job Description
As an important member of our growing Online Team, this position will be responsible for the day to day management of our affiliate marketing program as well as online partnerships. You will be responsible for managing our well established Affiliate program and partners. You will be accountable for meeting revenue goals, providing accurate and timely reporting. This person will be part of a fun and exciting team, helping to drive growth for the division. Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new partners, re-engage inactive partners , and deepen relationship with existing affiliates.
- Review incoming proposals and make recommendations for partnerships.
- Serve as the primary liaison with affiliate network provider, Linkshare, in managing the program
- Maintain and update creative including: text links, banners, newsletters to keep fresh and in sync with website marketing
- Make recommendations on affiliate offers, incentives and commissions.
- Recommend and execute consumer coupon promotions and incentive programs
- Develop strategic partnerships outside of traditional affiliate partnerships
Skills Required:
- Knowledge/Understanding of the affiliate marketing channel
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong relationship/partnering skills
- An organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly, move to the next task and follow through
- Proficiency in MS Office, general knowledge of Internet and online services
- Intuitive/creative thinker
- Ability to learn and contribute quickly. Eagerness to learn new technologies and strong interest in e-commerce.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels, both internally and externally
- Understanding and Knowledge of Photoshop a Plus
