Affiliate Network Management Script

Hello Affiliatefix Members,

We are looking for a good script to start a affiliate network. I mean Affiliate Network Management script which manage staff, advertiser, publisher, campaign, leads etc.

It should be with a modern web interface with latest technology in PHP or ASP.NET. We are searching for this but can't see any good one. Developing from scratch will costs much time.

The most important features is fraud detection.

I hope you guy who experienced on this may drop me some good lines for this

Thanks for your suggestion but Cake is now providing as service, not as a script

that is a solid project if there is some developer who can do that , he will make lot of cash from that .
i know 2 people in person who wants to build there own cpa network at the moment , there is a big market .
i will do it but unfortunately i am focusing on lot of things right now
