With this in mind, we are currently seeking an Affiliate Marketing Sales Manager for our U.S. Office, headquartered in Chesterbrook, PA.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with at least 2 years' experience in online marketing (preferably in a web-related industry) and proven skills in affiliate marketing. Familiarity with the web hosting market and its major players is a plus. Knowledge of Commission Junction and other 3rd party management systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and social skills are a must, as are strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Reporting directly to the Director of Online Marketing and Sales, the Affiliate Marketing Sales Manager will have the responsibility of creating, implementing, tracking, and analyzing affiliate campaigns. This position will utilize successful sales strategies and effective data management. Work will focus on maximizing ROI and driving additional sales volume. The Affiliate Marketing Sales Manager will oversee ongoing internal and external affiliate programs. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining daily relationships with affiliates, agencies and partners, while providing detailed analysis of key metrics. The Candidate must be able to use campaign tracking techniques in order to increase overall affiliate performance efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Build and develop new affiliate sales and marketing campaigns
- Identify and work closely alongside top affiliate partners to generate revenue
- Develop, maintain and extend relationships with both current and potential affiliates, using sales and business development tactics and through relevant marketing
- Devise and implement incentive/loyalty programs to enhance relationships with key affiliate partners
- Optimize 1&1 Internet’s affiliate programs, and technical processes
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment in which personal and professional growth is encouraged
- Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.

- Assisting in the development and execution of promotions and tradeshows
- Analysis of current affiliate ad creative’s and email campaigns

Education: Minimum High School, College is a plus

Skill and Requirements

- Proficiency in MS Office (exceptional Excel skills preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication (phone and email)
