LeadsMarket.com has a job opening for a full time in house affiliate manager in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of new affiliates to join our affiliate program
- Manage existing affiliate relationships
- Daily monitor multiple campaigns
- Work towards a set monthly goal
- Monitor affiliate activity to catch fraud
- Analyze account performance to identify areas for improvement
- Travel to conventions few times a year
- Collaborate with other affiliate managers
- Promote our affiliate program on forums and blogs
- Analyze affiliate traffic, sales, margins, payouts, commissions, and costs to maximize profit
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year or more experience in affiliate marketing for lead generation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred but not required qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- Experience generating payday loan leads
- Ability to speak and write in one of the following languages: Russian or Mandarin
